Real Estate Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to Team Leader for Day to Day work.
∎ Ensure No of SQL to meet target.
∎ Prepatre own lead funnel for the monthly with the help of TL.
∎ Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
∎ Researching prospects and generating leads.
∎ Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone.
∎ Handling customer questions, inquiries and compliants,
∎ Meeting daily,weekly, and Monthly sales targets.
∎ Prepare daily ,weekly, and monthly client visit plan.
∎ Find proactive client by door to door field visit.
∎ Arrange project visit for the clients as per requirement.
∎ Maintain and update customer data base.
∎ Prepare monthly sales report and provide feedback to supervisor.
