Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To Look After Customer Quarries, Product Promotion Activities, Counselling with Client, Corporate Sales Meeting Arrange, Tale-Marketing with Customer Relation Develop, Site Visit with Client, Daily Sales Reporting to Supervisor, Communicate Related Govt./ Private Agencies, Attend Local Fair/ Event for Business Developments.
∎ Manage Existing & Potential Customers by Sales Visits & Regular Follow-Up.
∎ Build an Effective Relationship with the Customers & Maintain Client Database (CRM).
∎ Research and Analyze real Estate Market Trends, Competitor Offerings and Other Information that Affects Business Sales Strategies.
∎ Adhere to the Recommended Sales Strategies to Meet the Desired Sales Targets.
∎ Capacity to assess the customer needs, what he actually wants and start the negotiation process accordingly and finalize the deal under consultation with HOD-sales.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and multitasking capacity.
