∎ BBA/MBA or equivalent from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Client visit and follow up accordingly.
∎ Creating new corporate/ industrial or group customer to accrue the sales target.
∎ Time to time report to the supervisor.
∎ Prepare daily work report as well as week closing report at the weekend.
∎ Talking to sales our Land to give service and product information and price quotations.
∎ Recording names, addresses and reference.
∎ Explain land and Plot or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
∎ Ensuring strong presence & visibility company products.
∎ Generate new clients and follow-up on existing clients to increase sales
∎ To create a strong data base and able to handle it independently.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Housing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & marketing.
∎ Smart, Energetic, Dynamic and Hardworking.
