Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have to Sale real estate product (Hotel Ownership)·
∎ Achieve sales target given by the Management.
∎ Build strong, long–lasting relationships with corporate & Home clients.
∎ Lead generate and regular effective follow-up.
∎ Must be able to work / lead a team as well as meet his own Targets.
∎ Must be experienced in Negotiating Price and Payment Schedules in Real Estate perspective.
∎ Must be able to develop short term and long term sales strategies to compete in the fast changing Market scenarios and challenges.
∎ Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
∎ Prepare and Submit Daily Works Report to supervisor.
∎ Report to head of Marketing for any programs and achieving sales targets.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and long time.
