Role Purpose:
Support the Sales Operation function to ensure smooth sales processes, distributor management, trade scheme control, and data accuracy. The role will coordinate cross-functionally to drive operational efficiency, reporting excellence, and business discipline across all sales territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure execution of sales processes, SOPs, and trade policies across regions.
Monitor distributor hygiene (stock norms, claims, invoicing discipline, documentation).
Track and analyze sales performance reports (Primary, Secondary, SFA/DMS).
Coordinate claim validation and timely settlement with Finance.
Validating field force’s expense bill & coordinate with finance for disbursement.
Ensure accurate scheme communication and implementation in the field.
Liaise with Supply Chain for dispatch planning and inventory alignment.
Support field force with SFA/DMS, data accuracy, and operational compliance.
Prepare business MIS and dashboards for management review.
