∎ Minimum Graduate (Current Student will not be allowed)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend customers & meet their travel requirements
∎ Ensure Reservation & Ticketing according to customer's requirement for Airlines, Hotel & others Packages
∎ Maintain and develop effective customer relationship
∎ Provide fare quotation and pricing to the customers
∎ Ensure Customer Service, Reservation & Ticketing and other front line activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Males are specially encouraged to apply
∎ More than 2 years.
∎ Note: Without related experience no application will be allowed for screening
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Customer Care, Customer Service, Reservation/ Ticketing, Travel Agengy, Visa Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ GSA, Hotel, Tour Operator, Travel Agent, Airlines, Airport, Call Centre
∎ If Possible, Have practical experience in Airline or Travel industry
∎ The applicant should have experience in Reservation & Ticketing
∎ If Possible, Have thorough sound knowledge in GDS specially in Galileo (Others are Abacus & Amadeus)
∎ Well conversant in Computer application, English Communication
∎ Should be able to work in a team under pressure with multiple functions
