∎ B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic/Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to develop and maintain the operation of Solar irrigation Pump program under IDCOL, BMDC, BADC, REB.
∎ Prepare weekly & daily visit plan and visit customers accordingly and submit visit report to supervisor and build up data base.
∎ Assist Head of Project Sales in developing sales strategies that ensures sales target and profitability and formulating personal sales plan in line with sales goal/target.
∎ Ensuring design for solar pumping requirements, pumping size and selection of Solar panel.
∎ Responsible to coordinate with external agencies and also with the suppliers.
∎ Responsible to explore new business opportunity to increase the sales volume.
∎ Work closely with the end users, create development/alternative scope for future growth.
∎ Work with the team to prepare sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sales target and profitability of products align with Anuual Business plan(ABP).
∎ Prepare invoice and submit to client with all relevant documents in time as per requirement.
∎ Responsible for credit collection and take necessary action to realize the outstanding in the field.
∎ Responsible to perform any other necessary job, as assigned from Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point & email writing
∎ Must possess good communication skill (both verbal & written)
∎ Must be target oriented and ready to take challenges
∎ Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and quick learner
