• Maximum 8 years of experience in pharmaceuticals production (Solid Dosage form).

• Hands-on experience with tablets, capsules, and pellets manufacturing.

• Sound knowledge of GMP, validation, and regulatory requirements.

• Good documentation and compliance mindset

• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

• Team leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Healthcare Chemicals Limited (HCL), a sister concern of Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Limited, located in API Park, besides Dhaka-Chittagong Highway in Gazaria upazila of Munshiganj, envisions manufacturing world class pharmaceutical raw materials for the local and foreign markets. HCL would like to reduce dependency on foreign sourcing of raw materials for the pharmaceuticals industry and save valuable foreign currency of the country. HCL will manufacture Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and related key chemicals required for the pharmaceuticals industry.

We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated individuals for the mentioned position in HCL.

Job function: Production

Location: API Industrial Park Gazaria, Munshiganj Bangladesh

Job Description/responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute production activities including dispensing, granulation, blending and coating.

• Ensure production processes follow approved SOPs, BMRs, and GMP guidelines.

• Monitor critical process parameters and ensure consistent product quality.

• Handle equipment such as RMG, FBD and FBP, Blender and Coating Machine.

• Coordinate with QA, QC. Engineering, and Warehouse for smooth production operations.

• Review and maintain batch manufacturing records and equipment logbooks.

• Identify, investigate, and support resolution of deviations, OOS, and process issues.

• Support process optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer activities.

• Ensure proper line clearance, housekeeping, and safety practices.

• Train and guide Sr. officer, officers, and operators
