Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist for collection and recovery activity is undertaken with full compliance with all relevant legislation, client and regulatory requirements.
∎ Assist to Planning, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving all aspects of credit & collection functions and processes
∎ Assisting in formulation of specific collection objectives and achievement of same.
∎ Direct interaction with selected clients in resolving receivables delinquencies.
∎ Engage with customers and reach a realistic and affordable repayment plan which is informed where possible by an accurate financial statement.
∎ Any other tasks assign by reporting supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong leadership capability and team building efficiency
∎ Proficiency in Office applications and ERP
∎ solid collection, analytical and negotiating skills;
∎ effective oral and written communication skills; and
∎ A solid knowledge of commercial credit and collection laws.
