  • Experience in large Composite Knit Industries and working in similar position will get preference.

  • Candidate living near Narayangonj will be added as advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Familiarity with data quality standards, data validation techniques, and industrial data management principles.

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of data (e.g. Dyeing recipes, dyes & chemicals information, production information) into Dyeing automation software and related systems using standardized naming and coding conventions.

  • Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency, comparing it against source documents (paper and digital) to identify and correct any discrepancies or errors.

  • Conduct regular data audits and quality checks.

  • Utilize dyeing automation software, ERP Software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, to manage data effectively.

  • Organize and manage data files and records, ensuring compliance with internal data management standards and easy retrieval by authorized personnel.

  • Generate reports and summaries from entered data as requested by management and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Finance, MIS) to gather data requirements, resolve inconsistencies, and improve data entry processes.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, adhering to data security protocols and privacy policies.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data entry workflows, potentially including interaction with automation tools or suggesting process improvements.
