∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make timely and correct book keeping entries in the respective ledgers
∎ Prepare daily balance, approve requisition summary and disbursement note
∎ Maintain bill register, requisition register and different registers related to Finance and Accounts Department and prepare all kinds of vouchers, requisitions and bills
∎ Maintain cash book to keep records of day to day expenditures and close cash books on daily basis
∎ Prepare financial statements and other financial reports like accounting ledger, trial balance, project summary, receipt and payment statement, balance sheet, income statement and related accounting statements & reports
∎ Manage IOU & IOU register and arrange cash disbursement
∎ Prepare payment schedule for contractors, suppliers and vendors judiciously as per contract and practice
∎ Maintain bank book, cheque book and cheque issue registers
∎ Co-operate with both external and internal Audit team
∎ Perform any other relevant activity as assigned by management
∎
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Knowledge to operate and maintain computerized accounting system
∎ Practical knowledge of MS Office
∎ Capability to work independently under pressure
∎ Energy, creativity, adaptability, sincerity and honesty
