∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Prior sales or customer service experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
∎ Ability to organize and lead property viewings, client meetings, connect qualified buyers and sellers, and finalize sales (pre-qualified leads will be provided).
∎ Fluency in both Bengali and English languages is a must.
∎ Strong client relationship management, communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills are essential.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
∎ A demonstrated entrepreneurial and innovative business mindset, along with a genuine passion for real estate and sales, is highly desirable.

∎ We`re on the lookout for a new team member to join our sales and marketing team as a Real Estate Sales Executive. Green Property is a leading real estate technology company in Bangladesh, and we run the top online property portal for affluent individuals in Dhaka looking for their dream luxury properties.

∎ The workweek is from Saturday to Thursday, with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm. Join us and be a part of something exciting!
∎ Collaborate with a team of experienced sales professionals to achieve established sales targets.
∎ Actively seek out and develop new clients while maintaining positive relationships with existing ones.
∎ Effectively handle client interactions, ensuring their satisfaction with the company's service policies & provide necessary project updates to clients via telephone communication.
∎ Regularly follow up with clients, maintain accurate records on the company's computer system, and manage in-house client relationships.
∎ Engage in direct outreach to potential clients outside of the office premises.
∎ Accompany clients during apartment viewings to address their questions and ensure their satisfaction.
∎ Perform site office duties and actively seek out new business opportunities in the surrounding areas.
∎ Handle post-sales formalities, including reviewing application forms, preparing payment schedules, drafting deeds of agreement, and obtaining client signatures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for securing new buyers and sellers by signing them up through Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).
∎ Proactively share ideas with the group leader and colleagues to enhance sales strategies.
∎ Generate new development deals for a real estate development company specializing in different kind of residential projects. This includes conducting real estate market analysis.
∎ The role involves making phone calls, sending emails, scheduling and attending client meetings, and participating in offsite property viewings to promote available properties to affluent and high-net-worth buyers.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Base salary range: Tk. 20,000 to Tk. 25,000 per month (based on experience)
