∎ At Renssoft Solutions Ltd, we are looking for highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team. Our candidate must have previous experience with developing and running marketing campaigns. They must be able to manage day-to-day marketing activities, implement long term strategies to grow engagement and increase the reach of audiences. About Renssoft Solution Ltd: It is a healthtech based SAAS company focusing on providing an array of digital services to doctors, patients and pharmaceutical companies in Bangladesh. Till date the company has produced more than 3 million digital prescriptions in its platform all around the country. The company also has a patient-centric service called DoctorKoi that has served more than 17 thousand patients in a year. Working with the top3 pharmaceutical companies of the country, the company envisions to be the top market leader in digital prescription and digital healthcare services in Bangladesh.
∎ Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka
∎ Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 07: 00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Objectives of this role:
∎ Being creative & innovative at all times to represent the Doctorkoi Brand to the customers,
∎ investors, employees and other stakeholders.
∎ Build, plan and implement new strategies to reach marketing goals and achieve the target of the
∎ company to become an industry leader in the health-tech space
∎ Run the social media channels and other communication channels through daily, weekly and
∎ monthly tasks to ensure the proper communication of the company with the stakeholders.
∎ Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and
∎ driving collaboration
∎ Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build
∎ successful strategies
∎ Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights
∎ for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and
∎ recommendations on tactics
∎ Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing
∎ tactics
∎ Daily and weekly responsibilities:
∎ Managing all digital marketing channels - Website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube & Instagram through various methods.
∎ Plan & execute digital campaigns to generate patient centric traction
∎ Content creation and management of the contents through the agencies that the company is working with. Type: Audio, Video, Still Image etc.
∎ Manage the Social media query & customer communication.
∎ Working closely with graphic designers and external agencies for content generation.
∎ Develop and maintain partnerships with other companies and service providers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Decent Communication Skill - Fluent in English & Bengali both (This is Mandatory)
∎ Have to be skilled at MS PowerPoint and making creative presentations.
∎ 1+ years of experience in relevant field
∎ Mandatory Requirements: Minimum 1 Year experience of working in a similar role, candidates who are from a marketing agency background and pharmaceutical or healthcare industry will have advantage. If you cannot write proper emails and make a simple PowerPoint presentation please do not apply.
Salary:
∎ BDT 25,000 to 35,000 (Depending on the skill & experience)
