∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Madrasa
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to maintain installing, configuring and troubleshooting computer hardware.
∎ Software, Networks, Printers, Scanners, Projectors and CCTV Camera maintenance.
∎ Provide IT support to end users' devices, such as Desktops, Laptops, wireless router.
∎ Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure optimal network operations.
∎ Updating Madrasah software regular basis.
∎ Implement backup and recovery procedures to Madrasah software.
∎ Monitor server performance and ensure system reliability.
∎ Manage and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
∎ Troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
∎ Implement security measures to protect IT systems and data from threats and unauthorized access.
∎ Collaborate with external vendors for technical support and maintenance contracts.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
∎ Generate regular reports on network and system performance.
∎ Monitor IT resource usage and plan for capacity expansion as needed to support business growth.
∎ Any others work assign by management.
