Responsibilities & Context:

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
Install, configure, and manage network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all network and hardware systems.
Troubleshoot complex network, server, and hardware issues with minimal downtime.
Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, and system logs; proactively resolve bottlenecks.
Implement and manage network security measures (Firewall, Antivirus, VPN access control).
Maintain regular system backups, disaster recovery plans, and data protection policies.
Conduct routine system audits, updates, and patch management.
Maintain proper documentation of IT infrastructure, configurations, and incident reports.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, support, and warranty management.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and junior IT staff.
