Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist in making an audit plan & audit program.
- To review the draft report of subordinates based on observations.
- Draft report preparation for assignments.
- Check & review Personal file, Salary Sheet,OT and other payment voucher.
- Check and verify PI, LC and Acceptance-Checking export payment realization, discount, penalty, incentive etc.
- Check and verify RM consumption and sourcing procedure
- Check and verify order closing and production and reprocess-Check and verify productivity and capacity utilization·
- Find out the root cause/responsibility fixup for the short and delayed shipment
- Non-production time and DHU checking wastage controlling
- Any other task assigned by the HOD
