• Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Accounts/ Finance or a related field

• A relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred

• At least 3 years

• Minimum 3+ years in the relevant area

• Be able to work on deadlines and manage multiple projects at once

• Ability to empower others by sharing information and context around strategic direction and decision-making process

• Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively with other team members

• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Proven work experience as a Financial Analyst or a similar role

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS)

• Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems

• Proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights

• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

• High ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality

• Knowledge of tax regulations and familiarity with tax filings is an advantage

• Proficient in English and Bengali

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and provide insightful reports to support decision-making by the relevant stakeholders

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability

• Present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations

• Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts

• Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted targets and provide variance analysis

• Identify areas of improvement and work with stakeholders to develop strategies to achieve financial objectives

• Assist in preparing financial projections and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and treasury management

• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations

• Review financial transactions and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness

• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets

• Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them

• Monitor compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
