Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Accounts/ Finance or a related field
A relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred
Minimum 3+ years in the relevant area

Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Proven work experience as a Financial Analyst or a similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS)
Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems
Proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights
Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
High ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis and provide insightful reports to support decision-making by the relevant stakeholders
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability
Present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations
Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts
Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted targets and provide variance analysis
Identify areas of improvement and work with stakeholders to develop strategies to achieve financial objectives
Assist in preparing financial projections and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and treasury management
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations
Review financial transactions and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets
Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
Monitor compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit process and address audit findings
Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance
Support the development and implementation of the company`s financial strategies and initiatives
