Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA in Finance / Accounts from reputed institution.
∎ CA-CC from reputed CA firm
∎ Certificate level completion will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep invoice and all other related documents, so that internal & external Audit could be performed without any objections.
∎ Petty Cash Management
∎ Check & monitor all the requisition slips, bills, vouchers, and payroll sheet.
∎ Checking cash book & monitoring daily petty cash expenses.
∎ Liaison with Banks and Financial Institutions
∎ Responsible for preparing BPDB invoice for revenue collection.
∎ Treasury Monitoring and Reporting
∎ Monitoring LC related transaction and L/C costing.
∎ Budget preparation and MIS
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 03 years of working experience
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, honest
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skills.
Salary: Negotiable
