Job Context:
∎ The position is responsible for managing, training, developing and supervising sales team to mobilize retail and institutional deposits from individual, professionals, institutions associations etc. within the assigned territory (Motijheel/Gulshan/Uttara/Dhanmondi/Mirpur).
∎ Zone-Motijheel/Gulshan/Uttara/Dhanmondi/Mirpur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve assigned team target ensuring service
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationship with existing and potential customers
∎ Build affiliation and partnerships with High Net Worth (HNW) customers, Institutions, Corporate Offices, Clubs, Chambers etc. to generate business
∎ Follow AML & CFT guidelines
∎ Prepare and submit performance report to Head of Retail
∎ Cross selling of loan and other products
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 - 6 years’ experience to lead deposit sales team in Banks or FI’s in relevant position
∎ Computer literacy
∎ Age must not exceed 35 years at the time of application
∎ Sound Interpersonal and communications skills
