Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in Accounting/ Management/ Finance.
∎ CA CC having ITP certificate will be preferable.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ All secretarial jobs like Filing documents, drafting correspondence, Scheduling appointments.
∎ Communicate with concerned Govt. and non-Govt. organizations for any documentation purpose.
∎ Candidate must have basic knowledge about Company Law 1991, Income Tax Ordinance 1984 & Secretarial practice.
∎ Communication skill with clients in appropriate accent.
∎ Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
∎ Maintaining all appointments and meeting schedules and updating regularly.
∎ Receive documents and maintain register of documents received.
∎ Following-up actions on pending important issues.
∎ Maintaining confidential Papers, files, and agreements.
∎ Any other secretarial tasks are relevant to this role given by the Management.
∎ Responsible for the preparation and submission of necessary documents of Company. Incorporation and Yearly return as per Company law, Share transfer, Share Allotment and all other relevant Company law requirement.
∎ Must have the ability to Draft, Meeting Minutes, Resolution and Letters writing.
∎ All Commercial Work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Must have proficiency in computer operation- knowledge in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, Internet browsing.
∎ Bangla typing speed 20-25 word per minute.
∎ English typing speed 30-35 word per minute.
