Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
∎ Post Graduate in any reputed university and having experience in supply chain or commercial diploma
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Commercial Diploma
∎ Training/Trade Course: Supply Chain
∎ Skills Required: Commercial export import

∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
4 to 5 years in the relevant position
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Spinning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all commercial activities e.g. issuance of PI, L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions, shipment conditions, negotiation with buyers and sellers, payment realization etc according to UCPDC and Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations.
∎ Communicate with Party and Bank for submission of Documents and collection party acceptance, Bank Acceptance and Payment in standard timeline.
∎ Communication with confirming bank for adding confirmation of foreign export LC at a competitive price.
∎ Check all export documents required at different levels (e.g. Commercial invoice, Packing List, Delivery Challan /Truck Receipt, Technical Literature, Country of Origin, others certificate if any)
∎ Communicate with banks for timely collection of Proceeds Realization Certificate (PRC)
∎ Maintain liaison for cash incentives of specific products. (if any)
∎ Negotiate with bank for preferential exchange rate for payment of deferred L/C on maturity date.
∎ Monitor Yarn Delivery statement and prepare Invoice at standard time frame.
∎ Should have experience to operate ERP Software.
∎ Must have good knowledge about Bond License, Customs, C&F, Shipping lines, Bank Correspondence & other statutory authorities.
∎ Responsible for preparing documents as per L/C terms & conditions and follow up till the return of the documents value.
∎ Handling TC of Organic, BCI, CMIA, OEKO-TEX Green etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): All activities related Bank, Customs, EPB, BGMEA, BTMA, Bond, Import and Export, Government office, Buying Office, Supplier and Commercial activates etc.
∎ Excellent Command in MS Office applications.
∎ Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking.
∎ Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
∎ Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
∎ Working under pressure.
∎ Should have experience to handling TC of Organic, BCI, CMIA
∎ Should have mentality to work beyond time frame.
