∎ Honors/Masters

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring responsible area's dealer and help dealer to achieving sales target.
∎ To build a strong relation with the area's tiles shops for increasing sales.
∎ Regularly visit tiles related different officials like: PWD, EED, HED, Developers, Architects, Construction, and Consultants etc.
∎ Collect order from the dealers and coordinate with sales department.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to discharge responsibilities & be result oriented.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via telephone calls and emails;
∎ Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
∎ Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
∎ Representing company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
∎ Maintain customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction.
∎ Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities
∎ Attending customers' complaints with utmost care and provide right measures within earliest possible time and ensuring the regain of customers' satisfaction.
∎ Evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements.

∎ Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role, manages team members, leads assistant meetings, and supervises when needed
∎ Proven experience in similar role
∎ Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
∎ Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
∎ Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
∎ Creativity and commercial awareness
∎ A team player with a customer-oriented approach
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
