Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a passionate Asst. Manager (Sales & Mkt.) to plan and oversee the company`s marketing activities and campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.
∎ A successful Asst. Manager (Sales & Mkt.) must have great enthusiasm for all things marketing and great knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator and will have experience in managing different marketing ventures.
∎ The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to its business.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build a strong relation with the area's Dealers & retailers for increasing sales.
∎ To visit continuously tiles related different officials like: PWD, EED, HED, Developers, Architects, Construction, and Consultants etc.
∎ Managing and supervising individual performance of the sales person also working to increase sales coverage.
∎ Assist superior to planning and supervising marketing operations to achieve revenue target.
∎ Developing marketing plan and budget.
∎ Analyze sales data and determine sales forecast.
∎ Collect required data and information and provide feedback to the management about current trends & other scenario of this type of business.
∎ Conduct marketing campaigns and trade shows to promote brand awareness among consumers.
∎ Assist to developing marketing promotional materials.
∎ Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities.
∎ Making regular visit on dealers and retailers and motivating them with business.
∎ Making regular follow up of competitors' promotional activities, such as price, trade offer, etc. and preparing reports with recommendation for counter action;
∎ Preparing monthly sales forecast based on reliable data from the current market;
∎ Attending customers' complaints with utmost care and provide right measures within earliest possible time and ensuring the regain of customers' satisfaction.

∎ Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role, manages team members, leads assistant meetings, and supervises when needed
∎ Proven experience in similar role
∎ Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
∎ Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
∎ Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
∎ Creativity and commercial awareness
