Educational Requirements:
∎ Hon's/ BBA/ Masters/ MBA (Marketing) from reputed public or private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
∎ The incumbent must have experience & capability to sell Flat.
∎ Carry out competitive sales study, market survey, and analysis business activities.
∎ Visit different organization/work sites for developing business/creating new customers.
∎ Create sales and marketing reports to in charge and top management.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Customer Support/ Client Service, Market Research, Corporate Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skill and sufficient knowledge in computer etc.
∎ Good command in English both oral and written.
