Job Responsibilities:
∎ Honest, Punctual and Time Discipline.
∎ Should be able to make significant business growth.
∎ Find out prospective Customers and generation of Inquiries.
∎ Make frequent field visits to understand customer needs and assess the current business situations.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing / potential customer.
∎ Make presentation to the potential customers.
∎ Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
∎ Submission of Quotation to the Customers.
∎ Follow-up scope of supply in Quotation with the Decision Makers of Prospective Customers.
∎ To Design and implement a quarterly strategic sales plan for company products.
∎ Route and Area basis plan for sales.
∎ Identify opportunities to reach new market segments.
∎ Carry out direct marketing activities according to the goal set by the Team Leader - Section Head on achieving sales target by gaining new clients as well as identifying potential sales possibilities.
∎ Prepare category wise sales plans for Industrial Equipment / Utility items - Spare Parts & develop appropriate promotional plans and strategies.
∎ Support & maintain back-office activities and maintain all sorts of databases. Keep records of sales and requisitions.
∎ Prepare report as required by management.
∎ Need to visit anywhere in Bangladesh due to Job requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply.
∎ Experience for Executive: 1 to 2 years of experience in the related field will get an added advantage.
∎ Experience for Sr. Executive: 2 to 3 years experience in the related field. Sales experience in the following area (s): Industrial Machinery, FMCG machinery, Plastic Product Industrial machines, Material Handling Equipment, Spare parts.
∎ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is an essential part of the position.
∎ Sound communication skill in English (both in writing & spoken) is mandatory.
∎ High-level communication and networking skills.
∎ Energetic and strong sense of responsibility.
∎ Passion for sales.
∎ Leadership & Negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Ability to communicate with Management personnel of customers.
∎ Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
∎ Result-oriented and able to work independently.
∎ Knowledge of preparing PowerPoint presentation
∎ Self-motivated, flexible and open to changes, and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted time frames.
∎ Further Requirements (for Sr. Executive) Working Experience in the following business organization(s) will be given preference:
∎ Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Indenting Firm, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Direct Selling / Marketing Service Company etc.
Salary: Negotiable
