- Age 25 to 35 years
Solid hands-on with Windows Server/AD, M365, virtualization, backup tools, ticketing systems.
Working knowledge of Fortinet/MikroTik, VLANs, Wi-Fi controllers, CCTV/attendance devices.
Scripting (PowerShell) is a plus; strong documentation habits; willingness to travel to plants.
Responsibilities & Context:
Infrastructure & Systems
Administer Windows Server/Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, file/print services.
Manage Microsoft 365/Exchange Online, OneDrive/SharePoint, endpoint security and compliance.
Operate virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), storage, back(daily/weekly/monthly; test restores).
Maintain network services: switching, VLANs, Wi-Fi, site links, VPN; basic routing coordination with the Network team.
Monitor uptime, capacity, and performance (NMS tools); maintain CMDB, SOPs, and diagrams.
Enforce IT policies, identity/access control, and patch management.
Security & Perimeter
Work with FortiGate/MikroTik firewalls, web filtering, IPS/AV signatures, and SSL VPN user provisioning.
Hardware & Field Support
Install/repair desktops, laptops, printers, scanners; OS imaging, drivers, antivirus, MDM.
Support attendance devices, CCTV (IP/DVR/NVR), access control, and small PoE/CCTV networks.
Perform basic cabling, crimping, patch-panel, rack housekeeping; coordinate vendors.
Service Delivery
Train users on best practices.
Maintain spares/inventory.
