Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
∎ Create B2B Sales Opportunity
∎ Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
∎ Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
∎ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products, offers and services
∎ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
∎ Reviews and reports on sales
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1 - 2 years’ experience in direct sales will be preferred but not mandatory
∎ Applicants having hands on experience in the corporate sales will be preferred
∎ Must be pro-active, smart, self-motivated
∎ Must have aggressive selling attitude
∎ Should have skill in business communication
∎ Should have good presentation skill
∎ Good IT, MS Office skill (Word, Excel, Power-point, e-mail, Web browsing)
∎ Must be prepared to work under pressure
∎ Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence others
∎ Great relationship builder with internal managers and their staff
∎ Good prioritization and organizational skills
∎ Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external contacts verbally and in writing
∎ Willing to work extended hours.
