After Sales Service, Corporate Sales and Marketing, In Automobile industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate and schedule a visit with prospective corporate clients and introduce workshop services.
∎ Maintain and update potential clients’ databases & get feedback on a frequent basis.
∎ Prepare related materials and proposals and submit them to the client.
∎ Follow up and answer related queries of the clients.
∎ Invite the clients to workshop and introduce workshop equipment & services.
∎ With the consent of management, negotiate with corporate clients on their service needs, pricing, discounts, and other benefits as requested by the clients.
∎ Keeping liaison with clients to ensure the vehicles are coming to the workshop.
∎ Coordinate with Service Advisors to set up appointments for the clients—follow up for on-time delivery.
∎ Coordinate with Service Advisors management and assist in customer concern resolution.
∎ Prepared and submit related reports as required by management.
∎ Assist the account dept. to get receivable amounts.
∎ Collection of data through a market survey.
∎ Coordinate with Brand Department to prepare related marketing materials.
∎ Assist and perform in the distribution of promotional and communication materials to prospective clients.
∎ Any other Job Assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and consumer behavior.
∎ Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
∎ Demonstrated experience in managing marketing campaigns and measuring performance.
∎ Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
∎ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
∎ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
