Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA in Accounting from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check day to day Transactions of Depot accounts.
∎ Regular liaison with all Depots.
∎ Reconciled monthly bank statements.
∎ Reconciled all adjustment of advance payment to employee.
∎ Maintain books of accounts.
∎ Record keeping of regular Production, Sales, Collection and Payment transaction into accounting Software.
∎ Reconciliation of petty cash and bank of Depot.
∎ Ensure daily financial accounting including vouching, posting and filling.
∎ Prepared monthly receipts and payments as well as COGS Statement.
∎ Others assignment assigned by management/ Department Head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Four years professional experience in relevant field.
∎ Pharmaceuticals experienced will given preference.
∎ Good knowledge on Ms Office & Excel.
∎ Should have good mentality, responsibilities and attitude in all respect.
Salary: Negotiable
