∎ Must have work experience in advertising agency or event management.
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
∎ Practical experience in arranging events and activations will be an added advantage.
∎ Ability to create and execute new event ideas/programs.
∎ Knack for coming up with creative ideas and campaigns. Analytical thinking & creative storytelling.
∎ Proactive, Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills are required
∎ Candidate should have courage, intelligence, manage power. Must be able to handle any situation.
∎ Knowledge of audience targeting and event consumption trends.
∎ Ability to interpret market research and consumer behavior data.
∎ Developing long-term marketing strategies that align with business goals.
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Must have knowledge and experience in promotion, branding and sponsorship work.
∎ Must have experience in organizing and executing various types of fairs, fashion shows, cultural events, award programs, festivals, musical shows, campaigns and activations.
∎ Proficiency in project profile, budgeting, proposal and presentation preparation.
∎ Familiar with fashion industry, vendors and sponsoring companies.
∎ Must have workable knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint & internet, mail, browser and digital media.
∎ Must be diligent and responsible.
∎ Strong communication and Time management skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing event marketing strategies and plan.
∎ Develop customer engagement strategies Events & Activation in execute effectively.
∎ Planning and coordinating events, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
∎ Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of events, activations, and promotional activities for clients.
∎ Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
∎ Managing event documentation & internal cost.
∎ Budget tracking and expense management for events.
∎ Provide timely updates and reports on event progress to clients and stakeholders.
∎ Ensure events are executed smoothly and within budget, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and creative departments, to align event objectives with overall brand strategies.
∎ Monitor event performance and gather feedback for future enhancements.
∎ Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of media campaigns, influencer marketing, and events.
∎ Prepare comprehensive reports with key insights and actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
∎ Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
∎ Organize, manage and marketing/sponsorship of new events, campaigns and activations.
∎ Development and evaluates marketing strategies, striving to achieve maximum profits or market share and achieving and maintaining customer satisfaction
∎ Researches program and campaign effectiveness
∎ Tracks and reports results to management
∎ Development of comprehensive recaps for all major projects/events
∎ Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, production houses and vendors
∎ Ensure Effective PR management with latest PR trends & best practice.
∎ Work on event planning and buying, budgeting, sales promotion, PR and business development.
∎ Increase sales through personalization of marketing communications.
∎ Work on campaign performance analysis, client reporting and presentation, up selling, cross selling, client retention and satisfaction.
∎ Evaluate and monitor the quality and performance of all services provided to the Client(s)
∎ Any other assignment as per the decision of Management.

∎ (Festival bonus will be paid in a year at the rate of 50%. However, if the service age is completed for 1 year, this benefit will be available.
