Responsibilities & Context:

• Manage and update products on platforms such as Daraz, Pickaboo, Chaldal, Shajgoj, and company website.

• Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, stock availability, and content quality.

• Oversee daily order processing, packaging coordination, and timely handover to logistics.

• Track deliveries, returns, cancellations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain smooth operations.

• Monitor daily sales performance, SKU performance, and update dashboards.

• Prepare weekly sales reports and analysis like: sales trend, conversion, product performance.

• Identify gaps and propose improvements to increase online revenue.

• Coordinate with creative team for product photos, banners, and promotional creatives.

• Ensure listings meet marketplace compliance and quality guidelines.

• Support marketplace campaigns Like: Mega Sales, Eid Campaigns, Flash Deals, etc.

• Plan discount structures, voucher setups, and brand promotions.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments with the supply/warehouse team.

• Update pricing as per market trends, competitor analysis, and management instruction.

• Ensure quick response to customer queries, complaints, and reviews.

• Coordinate with customer support team to maintain service quality.
