Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for some candidates for the position of Sr. Executive - Dyeing Lab.
∎ Supervision and coordination of laboratory activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
∎ Oversee dyeing processes, including color matching, formulation, and testing, to ensure accurate and consistent results.
∎ Troubleshoot dyeing issues, analyze process data, and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and quality.
∎ Lead and mentor laboratory technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, research and development, and quality assurance, to achieve organizational goals.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in dyeing processes, and implement continuous improvements accordingly.
∎ Maintain accurate records of dyeing processes, test results, and inventory levels, and prepare reports for management review.
