Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, maintain, and supply content for the organization's website
∎ Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connection with customers
∎ Monitor company presence on social media
∎ Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness
∎ Work as the marketing coordinator of all offline brand & communication activities.
∎ Work in guidance of Management and Business Development team.
∎ Work as Liaison person between management and Agency
∎ Manage all digital marketing activities, including SEO, marketing database, email, and social media particularly Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & Instagram and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Prepare campaign brief for every campaign and circulate it among the related stakeholders.
∎ Plan, prepare and implement all event activation campaigns for the company.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams to make sure campaign POSM (Point of Sale Materials) design, and other relevant points are according to the Management approved timeline and budget.
∎ Plan, get approval from commercial management, prepare briefing and drive channel engagement programs with channel partners; ideate, collect approvals, brief and supervise vendors and finally execute the programs.
∎ Assist the management, Advisor and head of Sales for all operations of CRM (lead management) & Telemarketing.
∎ Assist in Preparation & Management of monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
∎ Conduct marketing related survey and research like competitor analysis, pricing etc.
∎ Prepare CRM based reporting to ensure the company's marketing strategy is being implemented effectively.
∎ Prepare all reports, PowerPoint presentations etc. as instructed by the authority
∎ Any job assigned by top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ MUST have knowledge on creative design, Video making/shooting and editing, Photoshop, Graphic Design Software and SEO/SEM,
∎ Knowledge on Data Analysis & MS Excel is mandatory.
∎ Good Knowledge on all social media channel marketing & branding (organic & paid both)
∎ Smart & energetic team members having the ability to work under pressure
∎ Experience in working commercial project will be an advantage
∎ The incumbent must be dynamic, proactive, result oriented.
∎ He/ She must have a good command over English Communication.
