∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
∎ Strong understanding of design principles and best practices
∎ Excellent visual communication skills
∎ Experience with branding and marketing collateral creation (social media graphic design, banner design, presentations, etc.)
∎ Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Excellent time management and organizational skills
∎ Ability to lead and mentor junior designers, manage projects from concept to completion, and provide strategic design direction.
