Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To handle cutting floor with required quality and compliance
∎ To achieve the daily cutting target as well as factory production efficiency
∎ To maintain the SOP of cutting strictly
∎ To develop the team and lead them for smooth operation of cutting
∎ To receive the Fabrics/Rib and others items from the store as per consumption
∎ To obtain the QC approval for the sample/size set and bulk cut accordingly
∎ To make the Cutting plan as per Production plan
∎ To ensure relax as per Fabrics nature
∎ To conduct inspection, marker checking and cutting the fabrics accordingly
∎ To bundle and keep the cut panel as per Buyer, Style, PO, Size & color wise
∎ To ensure line feeding/ Input as per production plan
∎ To keep liaison with concern merchandiser/ PM/ quality manager/ factory head for day to day work
