Training/Trade Course: BPO, Telemarketing, Call Center, Sales Representative, Front desk etc.
Prior experience in a front desk, call center, or hospitality role (preferably in healthcare, wellness, or beauty).
Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Receive and greet clients warmly at the front desk
Explain treatment details, packages, and offers
Maintain appointment schedules and payment records
Ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Communicate with the potential clients/customers over phones and other digital means.
Appear in the FB Live for marketing of the company’s services and products.
Help solving customer problems or complaints effectively.
Guide customers in understanding features, pricing, and processes.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Document issues and solutions for future reference.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Assist in achieving sales targets through excellent service
Represent the company positively at all times.
