Right now, we are looking for Sr. Executive under the Credit Recovery Department, who will share our pride and support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.
Job related Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor outstanding customer payments and ensure timely recovery of dues from land and apartment buyers.
Contact clients via phone, visits, and written communication to collect pending installments and settle overdue accounts.
Negotiate and arrange payment schedules or settlement plans with defaulting clients.
Maintain proper documentation of all recovery communications and transactions.
Coordinate with the Accounts, Sales, and Legal teams to handle disputed cases or escalations.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly recovery reports to management.
Visit project sites and clients’ locations as necessary to ensure effective follow-up.
Assist in developing and implementing credit control and recovery policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage consistent payment behavior.
Identify potential risks and recommend strategies to reduce default rates.
