∎ B. Com/ M. Com/ MBA (Accounting)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication with overseas suppliers, negotiation with supplier and find new suppliers.
∎ Responsible to manage all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment/correction, shipment, negotiation, payment realization, release etc.) through overseas phone and e-mail.
∎ Responsible for all import related activities.
∎ To maintain liaison with CCI&E, BIDA, C&F & custom.
∎ To maintain register/ ledger for Bank loan; Time loan, LTR, Over draft.
∎ To prepare all documents of Import, C&F & Logistic activities.
∎ To ensure all sight L/C, LCAF for import and ensuring/ confirming up to date balance.
∎ To handle port & custom's operation effectively.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by avoiding all kinds of wastage.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
