Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and follow up on commercial export and import documents.
Coordinate with Merchandisers to ensure timely opening of back-to-back L/C against master L/C.
Handle all import and export-related tasks with the bank, including import delivery formalities.
Forward export documents in compliance with L/C terms.
Negotiate/purchase foreign documents as required.
Follow up on maturity, payments, and packing credit arrangements.
Claim cash incentives, manage audits, and monitor fund disbursements.
Ensure proper HS code usage for import L/C to achieve timely customs clearance and minimize additional costs.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
