Job Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Constant endeavor to achieve the monthly patient target (OPD&IPD) assigned by the authority.

• Formulate marketing strategy, and coordinate and monitor its implementation to achieve optimum expansion of service.

• Visit community doctors and key opinion leaders at different institutions and chambers to inform them about the facilities of our hospital.

• Regular follow-up with existing/ potential customers.

• Market survey related to health services as when advised by management.

• Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.

• Create awareness of and develop the brand image of the hospital.

• Analyze and identify market requirements for current and future activities by conducting market research supported by visits to customers such as pharmacies, G.P, Specialist Doctors & Diagnostic centers, etc.

• Any other responsibilities are given by the Management.
