∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ATL Marketing, Brand Promotion and Development, BTL Marketing, Project Management, Suppliers and Vendor Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting brand marketing goals within the company's budget
∎ Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability
∎ Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI
∎ Establishing and maintaining key partnerships through ATL & BTL to support sales levels.
∎ Making all arrangements for attending different marketing programs, such as Property Fairs and Seminars.
∎ Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns.
∎ Support to content creation team (static and video), Copywriting and maintaining social media handles.
∎ Supporting the overall marketing initiatives of the company
∎ Ad-hoc involvement and support in wider strategic initiatives
∎ Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-¬facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
∎ Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor/management related to role.
