Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize the sales team to Achieve company sales target with individual target.
∎ Direct marketing and selling available products of the organization.
∎ Take initiative for operating the project smoothly.
∎ Take initiative for ensuring the quality services at the door steps for the clients/customers.
∎ Supervise the project personnel and ensure their jobs done accurately.
∎ Controlling the project costing as well as increasing the profit against the services.
∎ Establish a very strong relationship with the customers.
∎ Developed relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the best real estate solution.
∎ Served as a representative for clients from start to the end of transaction closing.
∎ Created systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, lead generation services, Craig's list and other forms of media.
∎ Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
∎ Served as property manager for privately held residential properties: marketed properties for new tenants, handled day to day legal issues, managed repairs and maintenance issues, conducted regular property inspections.
∎ Visit the project periodically for ensuring the proper services for the clients.
∎ Prepare periodical reports and submit it to the management as per requirement basis.
∎ Maintain rapport with the existing customer to retain them effectively.
∎ Land information collects from the Land Media, collect land documents and check through Legal Department.
∎ Market survey, market feasibility, cost preparation, and report writing.
∎ To deal with the landowner to acquire land, visit landowner place and prepare detailed joint venture proposal.
∎ Negotiate with landowner, agreement, and power of attorney drafting.
∎ Coordinate with architect and landowner in regard to Design development, and coordinate with project operation and landowner in regard to Construction Planning.
∎ Maintain departmental coordination up to the project handover, coordinate both with self and other departments.
∎ aintaining clients' database.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
