Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters/ MBA in marketing from reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulating long and short term business plan of building products like interior, digital marketing and branding.
∎ Develop Sales-Plan for meeting demands of the customer.
∎ Collection plan, customer relationship, and handling the grievance situation.
∎ Identifying market behavior, monitor threats & opportunities, competitor's strategy and customer trends for future growth of this business.
∎ Regular field visit, arranging presentation to the customer to collection of lead and conversion into sale.
∎ Ensure overall sales target every month.
∎ Preparing training module for subordinate and ensure regular training.
∎ Properly maintain customer data base.
∎ Regular interaction with existing customer to ensure close relationship.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement in every area's of operation.
∎ Strong knowledge on Interior, social & electric media marketing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Must have sales experience on Real state, Properties, Painting Industry, Furniture or Digital marketing.
∎ Candidates from Chittagong will be preferred.

Salary: Negotiable
