Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure project or property inspection;
∎ Calculate feasibility of cost-effective projects in consultation with HOD and then propose to management;
∎ Designs, develops, and updates Standard Operating Procedures for all feasibility functions;
∎ Provide periodic information prior to property purchase;
∎ Collect and update area wise product prices and evaluate the product;
∎ Conduct market research and market analysis;
∎ Conduct feasibility analysis;
∎ Submit and prepare feasibility reports;
∎ Develop a business development plan for property purchases;
∎ Participates in business development activities, as requested;
∎ Submit any task or report assigned by top management.
