∎ BBA/MBA from a reputed university with an impressive academic record.

∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related applications.
∎ 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing specifically in the shipping/Freight Forwarding Industry.
∎ Good English speaking ability.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Executive and follow up current Air & Sea Export/Import shipment.
∎ Make proper plan for upcoming Export/Import shipment.
∎ Communicate with overseas Agent for shipment approval/rate negotiation etc purpose.
∎ Communicate with Airlines, Shipping line, Co-loader regarding current rate/space situation/Schedule.
∎ Follow up with local shippers/customers for upcoming/current Air & Sea Export/Import shipment.
∎ Monitor Airport/ Seaport Supervisor.
∎ Send rate quotation to overseas partners, local shippers/customers.
∎ Direct Sales Drive/Business Development in the area of Airfreight & sea freight.
∎ Sales lead generation, meet budget, forecast.
∎ Update day to day shipment (Air & Sea Export, Air & Sea Import, Air Customs Clearance at DAC airport and Sea customs Clearance in CTG Seaport) database and send them to Top Management.
∎ Obtain concerned Encashment Certificate from Bank.
∎ Follow up with local shippers/customers for overdue.
∎ Place daily shipment booking using cargo aims software.
∎ Prepare Pre-alert document for export ship
