∎ Required position for Shifting
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure number of rolls of every batches according to the batch card.
∎ Ensure process wise production target.
∎ Ensure process wise on time dyeing finishing with confirm RFT according to plan.
∎ Provide solution if any problem arises with fabric during processing.
∎ Review process findings and take corrective actions to eliminate re-occurrence.
∎ Ensure problematic fabric re-process with in SOP after receiving job card from QA section.
∎ Conduct manpower balancing in floor.
∎ Ensure housekeeping & PPE usage in production area and other compliance issue.
∎ Check & review process loss of every batches during hand over to related department.
