∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Tours and travel, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in tours and travel, HSC in Educational qualifications are relaxed for Experienced candidates
∎ American International University Bangladesh,BRAC University,East West University,Daffodil International University,North South University students will get preference

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand Markets & Maximize Revenue achieving Target.
∎ Respond to customer queries quickly at office or home wherever you are available:
∎ Fare search, Fare quote, make booking, Issuing tickets, re-issue, Cancellation, VOID tickets, process refunds etc.
∎ Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team and others accordingly.
∎ Relationship Maintain with Airlines & GDS personnel.
∎ Provide necessary support to Visa & Package tour Processing Sector
∎ Must have knowledge of Airlines terms and conditions and ADM/ ACM policies.
∎ Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Any duties assigned by the Management
∎ Handling domestic and international holiday packages queries.
∎ Create and support the organization in building and maintaining a professional network within the hoteliers, suppliers, transporters within Bangladesh.
∎ Must be experienced Visa Consultant, worldwide Immigration, Visit & migration visa process
∎ Must have experience of talking with the customers about visa related issues
∎ Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via newspaper or social media advertisements
∎ Accurate counseling direct & over the phone
∎ Keep the company and customers up to date with any visa-related updates
∎ Provide honest and authentic services to the customers
∎ The Business Development Manager will sell a full range of Trip care products (tours and group travel) and will manage, grow and develop relationships with travel agents, retirement communities, and other affinity groups. This position is responsible for the achievement of revenue targets by expanding these channels and maintaining profit margins, presenting products to guests, and maintaining extensive knowledge of all available tours.
∎ Identify and cultivate new travel agencies or tour operators that can cost effectively grow product distribution.
