∎ Should have knowledge about: Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus,
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Airlines ticketing & reservation: creating PNR, issuing tickets using GDS (Travelport/ Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) fare computation, customer service, modification, process, cancelation of reservation.
∎ Flight planning and accurate fare calculations. Provide fare quotation and pricing to the customers.
∎ Creating market opportunity, client hunting
∎ meet up the monthly quarterly and yearly sales target
∎ Making invoice & maintaining ticketing and visa related accounts
∎ manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication
∎ must remain updated on airline/travel notices and update reservation team and others accordingly
∎ providing visa and other necessary documents to the valuable clients
∎ interpret IATA regulations and conversant with IATA portal.
∎ Others work assigned by Management.
∎ Job Context:
