Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation in any discipline preferably in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist BoD/HoD in Market Development Plan (Brand and Digital Marketing) & Strategy for inventories of Shopping and Commercial Project to Increase Market Share for meeting up the targets set by Mgt.
∎ Analyzing sales trend, sales forecast and competitive price analysis of real estate sector (/shopping mall/commercial project) both locally (Chattogram) and nationally & identify new market opportunities to implement successful marketing plans that ensure sustainable business growth.
∎ Develop effective promotional strategies locally and nationally to boost sales & take necessary initiatives for implementation of Sales Promotion strategy and its evaluation report.
∎ Preparing annual promotional (ATL, BTL & TTL) budget & maintaining budgetary control.
∎ Conducting market research to assess competition, exploring new market opportunities and placing recommendations to boost up sales.
∎ Maintain media & agency relationships to supervise advertising & managing brand presence on social networks, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & YouTube, etc.
∎ Plan and execute all communications and media actions on all channels, including traditional, digital and social media to meet target groups expectations and build the credibility of brands.
∎ Working with the sales & Business development team to ensure & implementation of SEO best practices.
∎ Creating attractive contents, videos, pictures for all the channels and enhancing branding regularly.
∎ Establish best practices in digital marketing & stay up to date with digital technologies developments.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ MUST have knowledge on creative design, Video making/shooting and editing, Photoshop, Graphic Design Software and SEO/SEM,
∎ Knowledge on Data Analysis & MS Excel is mandatory.
∎ 3-5 years relevant experience in Marketing and Branding preferably from Real Estate
∎ Good Knowledge on all social media channel marketing & branding (organic & paid both)
∎ Smart & energetic team members having the ability to work under pressure
∎ Experience in working commercial project will be an advantage
∎ The incumbent must be dynamic, proactive, result oriented.
∎ He/ She must have a good command over English Communication.
