∎ This candidate should have at least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Property Marketing, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.·
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Adequate knowledge on Land/ Real Estate business as well as present market scenario.
∎ To achieve target of monthly, quarterly & yearly sales.
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals / businessmen and look for prospective customers.
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Share/ownership.
∎ To follow up with further steps of the sales process.
∎ Must be a very good finisher/ deal closer in over the cell phone selling
∎ We are looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic marketing and Sales Executive who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate/ Land Development industry/ Hotel & Resort Time Share.
